Poor Man*s Candy" - Peanut Butter/Potato Candy
Ingredients:
1 large cooked potato
Powdered sugar (I cant tell you how much
because it depends on the size of the potato)
Peanut butter
Directions:
Cook potato, mash it up, then start adding
powdered sugar until it forms dough-like
consistency. Roll out flat, as if making a
pie crust. Spread on peanut butter and roll
up in a log shape, refrigerate until cold,
then slice. this a very sweet candy so a
lot goes along way
