Almond Crescent Shortbread
1 cup butter
1/3 cup fruit sugar
1 1/2 to 2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
100 gram package ground almonds (approx.1/4 cup)
Put all ingredients into a bowl. Mix together with a mixer. Take by
the teaspoon and shape into crescent shapes and place on an ungreased cookie
sheet. Bake at 275 degrees for 15-20 minutes. They should not be brown. Roll in
some fruit sugar while still warm. Makes 7 dozen
