BAKED BEANS SPECIAL 1 lb. hamburger meat 2 cans red chili beans (Ranch style beans), drained 18 oz. bottle barbecue sauce 3 to 4 strips bacon (optional) 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup chopped onion Brown hamburger meat and onion together in skillet. Drain fat. In 9X12 baking dish, combine meat, beans, barbecue sauce, brown sugar and any other spices you like in your baked beans. If desired, lay 3 to 4 strips of bacon over bean mixture. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
