Chocolate Chip Molasses Cookies Recipe 1 cup 1 cup 3/4 cup 1/4 cup 2 large 1 teaspoon 2 3/4 cups 1/2 teaspoon 1 teaspoon 1 – 11.5 ounce bagmargarine granulated sugar brown sugar molasses eggs vanilla flour salt baking powder bittersweet chocolate chips Oven Temp: 350° Cooking Time: 10 to 12 minutes Pan Type: cookie sheet Preheat oven. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and molasses, add eggs and vanilla. Beat until fluffy. Add flour, salt and baking soda, mix thoroughly. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake until lightly browned. Transfer to wire rack to cool. Yields: 3 dozen cookies
