Hi everyone, The other day I was at Tim Horton's (for those who don't know, its a donut shop here in Quebec), and I ordered a hot chocolate. I noticed they had one with whip cream and candy cane sprinkled on top. WOW!!!......I said, I can make this one at home. So last night I gave it a try...so this is TNT First, take a candy cane and crush it, I used a clean coffee grinder (being careful not to turn it into powder, you need very small bits of candy cane) Make your hot chocolate as you would normally. I usually add a bit of coffee creamer to the chocolate powder and stir it up until its a pudding like smooth. Then I add the hot water, stirring constantly. Now scoop a dollop of whip cream on top of the hot chocolate (I use the whip cream in a spray like can) but you can also use the type in the carton. Once you have the whip cream on top of the hot chocolate, sprinkle the candy cane bits on top. It looks beautiful and tastes wonderful....believe me!!!!!!! Let me know if you give it try. Nicole C
