Taco Pizza
One 12 inch frozen pizza crust 8 ounce can tomato sauce 1 Tbsp. taco
seasoning mix 3/4 pound very lean ground beef 1 canned green chili pepper,
rinsed, seeded and chopped 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup shredded
lettuce 1 medium tomato, chopped 1/4 cup crumbled corn chips Preheat oven
to 425 degrees.
Meanwhile,place pizza crust on pizza pan or baking sheet.
Mix tomato sauce and taco seasoning. Spread over crust.
Dot with beef. Sprinkle with chili pepper and cheese.
Bake in 425 degrees oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until meat
is cooked and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with letltuce,
tomato and corn chips. Serves 4.
