Campbell*s® Easy Spinach Stuffing Casserole Try this easy, delicious recipe from Campbell*s® Kitchen. Serves: 6 Prep. time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 35 4 cups Pepperidge Farm® Herb Seasoned Stuffing1 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted1 can Campbell*s® Condensed Cream of Celery Soup or 98% Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup1/2 cup sour cream1 tsp. onion powder1 pkg. (about 10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese MIX 1/2 cup stuffing and butter. MIX soup, sour cream, onion, spinach and cheese. Add remaining stuffing. Mix lightly. Spoon into 1 1/2-qt. casserole. Sprinkle stuffing mixture on top. BAKE at 350°F. for 35 min. or until hot.
