EASY CREAMED SPINACH CASSEROLE Printed from COOKS.COM 2 boxes frozen chopped spinach, thawed 1 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature 1/2 cup imitation bacon bits (or real) 1 stick butter, melted 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (not grated)- save 2 tbsp for topping Mix all in greased casserole dish, sprinkle about 2 tablespoons shredded cheese on top, and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Enjoy.
