7-Grain Corn Muffins

Yield: 1 Recipe 
Ingredients: 
          2    cup  Cooked AM 7 Grain Cereal 
          2    cup  Water 
          2    tbl  Maple syrup 
          2    tbl  AM Unrefined Vegetable Oil 
          2    tsp  Sea salt (optional) 
        1/4    cup  AM Instant Oatmeal (original) 
          2    cup  AM Yellow Cornmeal 
Method:
Mix all ingredients (except for cornmeal) in blender until very smooth.
Mix in cornmeal with a spoon. Fill oiled muffin cups 1/2 full. Bake at
375 F. for 35-45 minutes.
