CHEESE SMOTHERED CHICKEN WITH SALSA

Serving Size  : 4    

  4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves

  1/2 teaspoon chili powder

  1- 4 oz. can green chili peppers

  1/2 cup fat-free mozzarella cheese

    salsa

  Preheat oven to 400.  Lightly spray a nonstick baking sheet with cooking

spray.  Place chicken in a single layer on baking sheet.  Top each piece with

chili powder, then chilies, then mozzarella.  Bake for 20 minutes, or until no 
longer pink in center.  Transfer to

plates. To serve, spoon salsa over chicken.
