BOTERKOEK - DUTCH SHORTBREAD 2/3 c. butter, softened 1 1/4 c. flour 1 c. sugar Dash of salt
Mix all ingredients and knead together. Press this into a tart pan (this is a pan that is larger than a round cake pan). Brush the top with milk. Bake 10-15 minutes in a 400 degree oven. Cool the shortbread completely before cutting.
