Oh, this one sure does sound delicious; did you peel the potatoes? I guess if 
the skins are thin, it really would not make much difference not to peel them.

  We were looking for a side dish for tonight's supper, and I remembered this 
recipe we haven't had in quite awhile.  It's been so long, I had to find it in 
our very first E-zine we created back in January of 2003. LOL  Anyway, I hope 
you enjoy it, if you try it. smile

  Easy Potato Recipe

  Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  In any size baking pan, pour Italian dressing (or any dressing of your 
choice...we've only tried the different types of Italian dressings) to cover the
  bottom of pan

  After washing as many potatoes as you desire, slice the potatoes, like bread, 
and layer them in the pan, so that they overlap each other.

  Drizzle, sprinkle, or pour some more dressing over the top of the potatoes 
(depends on your taste)

  Cover the pan with foil, and bake on 350 degrees for about an hour, or until 
tender

  Enjoy!
