Thanks, and as soon as I shop for some potatoes, will try it. the Italian to me would be best, since has all the seasonings and the oil, so bet they taste almost like fried potatoes. good recipe.

I think I remember a friend saying they tried it with a bacon ranch type of dressing and that it came out good.
