SWEET CORN BREAD

1 c. yellow cornmeal
1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. milk
Honeybutter (recipe below)

Mix all dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into a 
greased cake pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. If corn muffins are 
prepared,
oil muffin tins and fill to approximately 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 
approximately 15 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.

HONEYBUTTER:

Soften 1/4 pound butter, stir in 2 tablespoons honey. Refrigerate until needed. 
Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before using.  Enjoy.
