Frank was sent to Marietta Memorial Rehabilitation Hospital today. He will be there for probably 90 days.
I can call his room and I did that twice today but he thought he was on the computer the first time and the second time, he just said "where are you?" and then he didn't say anymore. I even yelled in the phone and he didn't hear me. I called the nurse back and she said he is okay, but they just had given him a bath and he was very sleepy. No matter what we or they give him to eat, he won't eat it. People have told me all kinds of things and so far, nothing has worked. I guess they'll keep trying the Ensure shakes with ice cream. I'll go visit him tomorrow. I didn't go today because we had so much snow here in the Plains. His neurologist thinks that he will improve in this rehab program. I'm trying not to get too discouraged. He drank half a milkshake I took to him the other day, but he won't eat anything from the hospital. Please keep praying for him. He has lost 26 pounds in three weeks.
