Hi all, i discovered this today as an easy way of getting rid of the fat that drips into the fat tray on a forman. Get a fairly big piece of paper towel. fold it in half and lay it across the fat tray. cook your food, leave the paper towel to go cold, then chuck it in the bin with the fat on it. no mess, no muck and saves blocking sinks and mess.
