~One Dish Dinner~ 
6 sliced potatoes
1 lb. hamburger
8 sliced carrots
1 can tomato soup
2 sliced onions
In a casserole dish, alternate layers of vegetables and meat beginning
and ending with potatoes.
Pour tomato soup over top. 
Cover and cook for 2 hours at 350.
* Note: So simple and I usually add various spices to the layers
depending on my mood.
