~Pork Chop and Potato Bake~
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
6 medium pork chops
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. (12 oz.) hash brown
1 can french onion rings
seasoned salt
Brown chops and sprinkle with seasoned salt.
Mix soup, milk, sour cream, hash brown, salt and pepper, 1/2 cup of the
cheese and 1/2 can of the onion rings.
Spoon into a greased casserole or a 9x13 inch pan and arrange chops over
top.
Cover and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and onion rings.
Bake uncovered, 5 minutes more.
