Fruity Tuna Salad    Serves 8 (1/2 cup each). | Source: Source:

All you need:
2 (6 oz each) cans Hy-Vee tuna, drained
1 c. halved grapes
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 large apple, unpeeled, cored and diced
1/2 c. Hy-Vee fat-free lemon chiffon yogurt
1 tbsp minced onion
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp ground turmeric
All you do:  
In a large bowl, mix tuna, grapes, celery and apple together. 
In a separate bowl, whisk yogurt, onion, lemon juice and turmeric
together. 
Pour yogurt mixture over tuna mixture and gently toss to coat. 
Cover and refrigerate for an hour or until chilled.

6% iron
