Crumb-Topped Vegetables
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. (30mL) Mrs. Dash® Original Blend 
1/2 lb (225g) small cauliflower flowerets 
1/2 lb (225g) small broccoli flowerets 
1 small zucchini, sliced 
3 Tbsp. (45mL) unsalted butter 
1/4 cup (60mL) chopped onion 
2 cups (480mL) soft breadcrumbs 
1/2 tsp (2.5mL) dry mustard 
2 Tbsp. (30mL) finely snipped parsley 
2 Tbsp. (30mL) lemon juice 
Directions:
Steam or microwave vegetables until tender. 
Sprinkle vegetables with Mrs. Dash® Original Blend. 
Melt butter in skillet and add onion. Cook until tender. 
Stir in breadcrumbs, and mustard. 
Heat and stir until crumbs are lightly browned. 
Stir in parsley and lemon juice. 
Place vegetables in oblong dish. 
Top with crumb mixture.
