Super-Simple Waldorf Salad:
Makes 4 servings 
(Using a bottled dressing makes this salad a breeze to
throw together.)
4 stalks celery, diced (leaves and all)
2 crisp apples, diced (no need to peel!)
1/4 cup grapes
1 tablespoon fat-free salad dressing
1/2 cup walnut pieces
Core, but don*t peel the apples. Chop coarsely and add
to a salad bowl.
Dice the celery and add to the salad bowl with the
apples. Add grapes.
Drizzle the celery and apples with your favorite
low-fat or no-fat salad dressing then toss.
Sprinkle walnuts over the top.
