Sour Cream Coffee Cake Ingredients: 1 cup Butter 2 cups Sugar 2 Eggs 1 cup Sour Cream 1 teaspoon Vanilla 2 cups Flour 1 teaspoon Baking Powder 3 tablespoons Brown Sugar 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon 1/2 cup Pecans or Walnuts Steps: Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and beat. Fold in sour cream. Add vanilla. Sift together flour and baking powder. Add to the other mixture. Grease and flour tube pan. Add 1/2 mixture to pan.
