QUICK & EASY FRUIT SALAD 
1 can peach or apricot pie filling 
2 cans 15 oz. each fruit  cocktail, 
drained 
1 20 oz. can  pineapple chunks, 
drained 
1 15 oz. can  mandarin oranges, 
drained 
2 medium firm bananas, peeled and 
sliced 
In a large bowl combine pie filling 
and canned fruit. Cover and 
refrigerate. Stir in bananas just 
before serving. Can add red grapes, 
mini marshmallows, nuts. Serves 14.
