Pork sausage in a creamy cheese sause with egg noodles.

Ingredients
1 pound ground sausage 
1 bell  pepper 
1 Vidalia onion 
1 can cheddar cheese soup 
1 can milk 
2  cups grated sharp cheddar cheese 
1 large bag egg noodles 
1 ½ cups  crushed ritz crackers 
2 TBSP melted butter or margarine 
1 pinch garlic  powder

Directions
Cook egg noodles  as instructed on package. While they are cooking, finely 
chop and cut up bell  pepper and onion. Place in a skillet and chop pork 
sausage 
into bite-sized  pieces. Brown sausage with onion and bell pepper on 
medium-high heat until done.  Drain grease off. Add soup, milk, and cheddar 
cheese to 
browned sausage mixture  and stir until creamy like a sauce. Keep mixture 
stirred on lowest heat. Drain  noodles and set aside. In a separate dish, crush 
crackers and add melted butter  or margarine with a pinch of garlic powder. Mix 
all together into a crumbly  mixture. In a baking dish, mix sausage mixture 
with the egg noodles and top with  cracker mixture. Lightly brown top of 
cracker 
mixture under broiler in oven for  approximately 5 minutes on low broil 
setting. Take out of oven and serve. You  can add additional grated cheese for 
flavor to top of dish if desired.
