Creamy Potato Soup
 very quick and simple soup.

1 (24 oz.) package of O'  Brian frozen hashbrown potatoes
2 cans chicken broth
1/2 of a medium  onion
1 package of No Fat Pioneer gravy mix
1 1/2 cups water
8 oz. of  Velveeta cheese (optional)
Directions
In a sauce pan, stir water and gravy  mix until well blended. Then, add 
remaining
ingredients and cook on medium to  low heat for 20 minutes. If you like 
cheese in your
soup use 8 oz. of  Velveeta. Enjoy
