Hi all,
Tonight I made chicken, but I smothered it in seasoned butter, i should say, I 
was trying to be "different" kind of, so I used a couple of table sppons of 
butter, (well, I use "contry crock" then I mixed some poultry seasonings, with 
some lemon pepper, and placed a little olive oil in a baking dish, the I put in 
the oven, with no cover.
after about one hour, it still was cooking, but very slowly.
can anyone tell me what I did wrong? or any suggestions, on what should of I've 
done?
is cooking with butter wrong, when making chicken?
they were only 4 drum sticks, with alot of meat.
