Overnight Sausage Brunch Casserole

 1 lb Sausage
 13 oz Can Pet Evaporated milk
 1 1/2  Slices bread,cubed
 5  Eggs
 2 c Cheddar cheese,grated
 Salt and pepper to taste

 Prepare evening before.
Cook sausage & drain thoroughly on paper towels.
Beat the eggs & evaporated milk slightly.
Add sausage,cubed bread & cheddar cheese.
Pour into 9 x 9" casserole.
Cover with foil.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until firm in a preheated 350 degree oven.
