Apple Bars
 
1 cup margarine
2 cups sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups chopped apples
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
 
Preheat oven to 350*. Mix margarine, sugar, and  eggs together in one bowl 
and set aside. In another bowl, mix flour, baking  soda, baking powder, and 
cinnamon together. Gradually combine the 2 mixtures and  then add the apples. 
Bake 
in a 13x9-inch pan. at 350* for 40-45  min.
