Turkey Sausage Links and Potatoes in a Skillet

1 1-lb. pkg. Butterball Fresh Turkey Italian Sausage Mild
8 small new red potatoes, cut into quarters
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tsp dried basil leaves
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1 medium red onion cut into 1/8-inch slices
1 green bell pepper cut into 1-inch pieces
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley

        Place turkey sausage, potatoes and oil in large skillet. Cook over
medium heat, turning occasionally, until sausage links and potatoes
are browned, 10-12 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook
until potatoes are tender and sausage is no longer pink 10-12 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Continue cooking uncovered until onion
and green pepper are crisp-tender, 4-5 minutes.

        Yield 4 servings.
