Turkey Spinach Casserole

1 10-oz. pkg. Birds Eye chopped spinach
1 10-3/4 oz. can condensed cream of celery or mushroom soup
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 6-oz. pkg. Stove Top Chicken flavor Stuffing Mix
2 c. diced cooked turkey
1/3 c. milk
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

        Heat oven to dg400.

        In a saucepan mix spinach, half of soup, water, butter and contents
of vegetable seasoning packet for stuffing mix. Bring to a boil.
Separate spinach with a fork. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
Add stuffing. Stir just to moisten. Spoon into 9-inch square baking
dish. Arrange turkey on stuffing.

        Stir milk with remaining soup. Pour over turkey. Sprinkle with cheese
and bake 15 minutes or until hot. Serve.

        Makes 4-6 servings.
