Sweet-Sour White Cabbage 1 head white cabbage, shredded 1 Tbl salt 2 Tbl bacon drippings 1/3 c white vinegar 2-3 Tbl browned flour Flavoring as desired: 2 tsp caraway seeds or 2 tsp dill Cook cabbage and salt 20 min. Add bacon drippings, vinegar, flavoring and browned flour. Cook 10 min.
