CHICKEN CROQUETTES   

      1 lb. chicken cutlets
      1/2 tsp. salt
      1/2 tsp. pepper
      1 (8 oz.) bag stuffing (Arnold sage & onion)
      Bread crumbs
      Chicken gravy

      Boil chicken and dice into small pieces. In large bowl prepare stuffing 
as directed, add chicken, salt and pepper. Chill, shape and lightly bread. Deep 
fry lightly, place in baking dish. Cook 30 to 35 minutes, add gravy on top and 
serve. 
      Instead of deep frying, chill, shape and place in baking dish and cook 1 
hour at 250 degrees. 

      You may also add 1/2 cup rice or mushrooms.
