VELVEETA Steak Stroganoff

Makes: 6 servings, 1-1/3 cups each

1-1/4 lb. beef flank steak, cut across the grain into thin slices
1 medium onion, sliced
1-1/2 cups water
3 cups egg noodles, uncooked
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen green beans
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. black pepper

SPRAY large skillet with cooking spray. Add steak and onions; cook and stir
on medium-high heat 4 minutes or until steak is no longer pink.
STIR in water. Bring to boil. Add noodles; return to boil. Reduce heat to
medium-low; cook 7 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring frequently.
ADD remaining ingredients; stir. Cook until VELVEETA is completely melted
and mixture is well blended.

Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing.
