Chicken Roll Ups 1 pkg. crescent rolls 3 oz. cream cheese, softened 2 Tbs. butter, softened 1/2 cup small can drained mushrooms 1 cup diced, cooked chicken 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper or lemon juice 1/3 cup seasoned croutons, rolled fine
Mix cream cheese, butter, chicken, mushroom and seasonings. Divide into 8 portions. Put chicken mixture into crescent roll & shape into oval. Roll in crouton crumbs. Place on baking dish and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Serve with chicken gravy.
