Louisiana Stranger's Cake 18 ounce yellow cake mix -- (box) 1 cup water 1/2 cup chopped pecans 4 eggs 1/2 cup oil 16 ounce coconut pecan frosting -- (container)
Originally shared in the From My Family Cookbook section from an issue several years ago. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a Bundt pan. Mix together cake mix, water, pecans, eggs, oil and frosting.
