Pork & Beans, Cajun Style
     
1 Lb. Ground Round or Chuck
1/2 Cup Chopped Bell Pepper
2 10 oz.  Cans Pork and Beans
1 Medium Onion, chopped
1 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp.  Cayenne Pepper  
In a saucepan, on medium heat, brown ground beef with onions and bell  
pepper. Add pork and beans. Stir occasionally. Serve over rice as a main  dish 
or by 
itself as a side  dish
