Ribeye Ettouffee
     
1 ribeye steak 
1 medium onion 
1 small bell pepper 
Tony  Chacheres Seasoning 
Tabassco Sauce 
1/4 cup of Butter  
In a black iron skillet melt half butter. Season the ribeye with  Tabasco & 
Tony's and place in hot butter, cook for about 5-9 minutes  per side. Remove 
from pot add remaining butter and melt. Then, add sliced  onions and bell 
pepper 
to pot. Saute until transparent. Place ribeye back  in pot and add about 1/2 
cup water, bring to a boil. Next, reduce the heat  and simmer for about 20-30 
minutes, covered. Remove cover and let the  liquid reduce by half.
