EASY SUMMER FRUIT CAKE
1 c. flour
1/2 stick butter
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
3 tbsp. milk
6-9 peaches, peeled and cut or
12-18 Italian plums, peeled and quartered
In round pie dish mix first 6 ingredients. Spread dough out and up high
on the sides of the dish. Layer top of dough with fruit, laying the cut pieces
as close together as possible. Sprinkle peaches with cinnamon and sugar; plums
with sugar to taste. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
