Crockpot Steak Delight 1 1/2 lb. tenderized round steak, trimmed 1 envelope dry onion soup mix 1 1/2 Tbsp. cajun seasoning 1 can Rotel tomatoes and peppers 1 c. brown gravy (make your own, or any pkg. brand)
Trim fat from meat and cut into serving size pieces. Cook gravy mix according to package directions until thick. Combine Rotel, soup mix, and cajun seasoning in a blender.
