LETTUCE SALAD WITH STRAWBERRIES
1 head romaine lettuce
1 Bermuda onion
1 pt. strawberries, sliced
1/2 c. mayonnaise, not lite
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. low-fat milk
2 tbsp. poppy seeds
Whisk last 5 ingredients together. Dressing makes enough for 2 salads.
