STRAWBERRY CREAM CHEESE PIE
1 baked pie shell. Mix together until creamy:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. cream or milk
1/4 c. butter, softened
Spread on bottom of pie shell. Fold gently together:
2 pts. fresh strawberries, sliced
1 pt. strawberry glaze
Pour on top of cream cheese. Top with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
