BISCUITS A MILE HIGH
2 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Grease an 8x8x2-inch square baking pan. Mix
baking mix, milk, egg, baking soda and sugar until soft dough forms. Mix in
enough of the 1/2 cup flour to make dough easy to handle. Turn out dough onto
floured board; knead in the remaining flour until dough forms. Spread dough in
pan and let stand 2-3 minutes. Bake until golden brown, about 8-10 minutes. Cut
into 9 biscuits.
