PIG PICKLING CAKE
1 Duncan Hines reg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 can mandarin oranges and juice
Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes and cool.
Frosting:
1 (4 serving size) vanilla instant pudding mix
1 (13.5 oz.) crushed pineapple and juice
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
With electric mixer mix pudding and pineapple together and fold in Cool
Whip, spread on cake.
