Meat and Potatoes Salad

This simple five ingredient recipe is perfect for company during the summer
months.

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
 1-1/2 cups Italian salad dressing
 1 lb. beef sirloin steak
 1/2 lb. new potatoes, cut into quarters
 10 oz. pkg. mixed salad greens
 3 tomatoes, chopped

Preparation:
Pour 1/2 cup of the salad dressing over the meat. Cover and refrigerate at
least 4 to 24 hours to marinate. Drain meat and discard salad dressing.

Place potatoes on double layer of heavy duty aluminum foil. Top with 1/2 cup
of salad dressing. Fold into package using double folds.

Prepare and heat grill. Place steak on grill and place potato package on
grill over medium coals. Grill for 15 minutes, until steak is cooked to
medium
doneness and potatoes are tender, turning packets occasionally but turning
steak only once. Cut steak across grain into thin strips. Toss with greens,
tomato, onion, potatoes, and remaining dressing. Serves 4
