2 Minute Cole Slaw

Ingredients:

 1 pound (400 gram) package of pre-cut cabbage and carrots
 1/4 cup mayonnaise
 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
 1 Tablespoon white vinegar
 1/2 teaspoon sugar
 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation:
1. Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, vinegar, sugar and salt in a small bowl to
make the dressing.
2. Toss the above dressing with the pre-cut vegetables.

NOTE: If you like your cole slaw sweet, then add a bit more sugar to the
above recipe (1 teaspoon instead of 1/2 teaspoon).
