Spicy Pork Chili From Taste of Home
6 Servings 2 lbs. boneless pork, cut ito 1/2" culbes 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes 2 c. frozen corn 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained 1 c. chopped nion 1 c. beef broth 4 oz. can chopped green chilies 1 Tbsp. chili powder 1 t. minced garlic 1/2 t. salt 1/2 t. cayenne pepper 1/2 t. pepper 1/4 c. minced fresh cilantro Shredded cheddar cheese, opt. In a large skillet, cook pork in oil over medium-high heat for 5 to 6 minutes or until browned. Transfer pork and drippings to a 5-quart slow cooker. Stir in remaining ingredients except cilantro and cheese. Cover & cook on low for 6 hours or until pork is tender. Stir in cilantro. Serve with cheese if desired.
