PEANUT BUTTER & CREAM CHEESE PIE   

      8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, cut up
      1 c. softened powdered sugar
      4 oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed
      Coarsely chopped peanuts, opt.
      1/2 c. peanut butter
      2 tbsp. milk
      1 chocolate-flavored crumb pie shell, or graham cracker crumb or butter 
flavored
      crumb pie shell

      In a large mixer bowl combine cream cheese and peanut butter. Beat with 
an electric mixer until combined. Add powdered sugar and milk. Beat until 
combined. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into the pie shell. Sprinkle with 
peanuts, if desired. Cover and chill in the freezer for 15 minutes. Makes 8
