MICROWAVE FUDGE   

      1 lb. confectioners' sugar
      1/2 c. cocoa
      1/3 c. milk
      1/2 c. butter
      1 tbsp. vanilla extract
      3/4 c. chopped nuts, optional

      In large microwaveable bowl mix sugar and cocoa. Add milk and butter, do 
not stir. Heat 6 1/2 to 9 minutes on high power until butter is melted. Add 
nuts and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Stir into well greased square baking dish. 
Chill until firm. Cut into squares. For Rocky Road Fudge, add 1/2 cup miniature 
marshmallows.
