  Subject: [RecipesAndMore] MICROWAVE FUDGE

        MICROWAVE FUDGE

        1 box powdered sugar
        1/3 c. cocoa
        1/2 c. butter
        1/4 c. Pet milk
        1 tsp. vanilla

Pour powdered sugar and cocoa into a bowl. Use a fork and mash any
lumps. Make a well in the center of the sugar and cocoa and add the Pet milk,
vanilla and butter, cut up. Don't stir. Cook on high power in the microwave for
2 to 2 1/2 minutes.
While this is cooking, line a dish with wax paper. (I use a small loaf
pan.) Use a portable mixer and beat until the fudge has lost its "shininess."
Pour into the dish and refrigerate until set.
