CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES (WITH CREAM CHEESE
FILLING)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
Beat together and add 1 cup of chocolate chips.
CAKE:
Mix together:
3 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
Add:
2 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
2/3 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
Fill cupcake papers half full and add teaspoon of cheese filling on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
